Welcome to GSEICE.com! All our products come with a 12-months warranty and can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery for approved reasons! The same warranty applies to replacement products. Please contact us if you have any problems! Email: info@gseice.com/ service@gseice.com
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
How to return and get a refund/replacement?
Step 1: Please contact our GSEICE customer service ( Contact us) and provide the reason and the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue.
Step 2: Our customer service team investigates and offers a solution based on our policy.
Step 3: Both parties reach an agreement on the solution, and our customer service team provides the return information (Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.).
Step 4: Return the product (if required). When our warehouse receives the return, our customer service team will operate the refund/replacement. And you will receive the refund within 2-14 business days. The exact time depends on your card issuer.

4. The number of days during which an order can be cancelled is 3 days.
The time limit for processing orders after consumers place an order is 2 days. If a consumer initiates an order cancellation earlier than the shipping time and within the time period allowed for initiating order cancellation as specified on the website, the order can be cancelled.
